The CAAS was formed during 1987 and from the very beginning of its formation it has participated successfully with a number of AOTS program in Japan sending a number of trainees. CAAS keeps on undertaking different programs for the development of human resources of both public and privet enterprises of Chittagong since its inception.
This has been undertaking different programs for the development of human resources with the active support and financial assistance of the AOTS-HIDA.
